  • Certificate of General Liability Insurance required for all exhibitors and sponsors
  • Booth selection deadline: June 1, 2027
  • Sponsorship tier selection deadline: April 1, 2027 (Death Row limited to 1)

Questions From the Field Office

What's the difference between a booth and a sponsorship?
A booth (The Yard, Wall Booth, Island) is physical exhibit space on the show floor. A sponsorship tier (Death Row through The Hole) is a branding and marketing package that can include booth space plus presenting rights, activations, and digital exposure.
Is Death Row really limited to one sponsor?
Yes — Death Row is our single Presenting Sponsor tier at $25,000, limited to one company for the entire event.
What's your refund policy?
100% refund up to 6 months before the event, 50% refund between 3–6 months out, and non-refundable within 3 months of the event. Full terms are provided at contract signing.
Can I reserve a specific booth location?
Yes — use the interactive floor plan above to view real-time availability and select your preferred space during checkout.
Do you offer podcast sponsorship add-ons?
Yes — sponsors can pair their package with a Dead Air Row podcast placement. Mention it in your inquiry or visit the Podcaster site for details.
